  • Health Certificate for Residence Application
    All new overseas Chinese students and international students are required to finish Health Certificate for Residence Application in order to obtain an R.O.C. resident visa. 

     

  1. For information about licensed hospitals, please check with R.O.C. Embassy, Consulate or Mission in your country.

  2. For those who apply for residence VISA, please scan the first 2 pages of the verified Health Certificate for Residence Application and send it to FCU coordinator. 

Students are required to do the health check according to your duration of stay, and provide with OIA before coming, yet chest X-ray can be examined within 14 days after entering Taiwan.
